Intermittent fasting is not a diet—it’s a pattern of eating.

However, it’s important to combine the Healthy Keto diet with fasting to get the most weight loss benefits.

How to do intermittent fasting for weight loss:

Stage 1: This is your normal diet, which might include six eating times throughout the day (3 meals and 3 snacks).

Stage 2: Stop snacking between your meals—limit all eating to three meals (including any snacks/treats) and add more fat to your meals.

Stage 3: Skip breakfast. Have your first meal around noon and your last meal at 6 pm. This leaves you with about a 16-hour fasting window and an 8-hour eating window (16:8).

Stage 4: Reduce your eating window. A 20:4 intermittent fasting plan is ideal for fast weight loss. This gives your body 20 hours of fasting. With this plan, your eating window could be 12-4 pm, 1-5 pm, 2-6 pm, etc...

OMAD: If you really want to speed up your weight loss, you can do OMAD (one meal a day), where you consume just one meal each day.

This is the best way to increase weight loss.

 


 

 


 

There are other good reasons to do intermittant fasting.

 

It will save you money at the grocery store.

If you eat less you spend less buying groceries and eating out.

If your doing the OMAD fasting (One Meal A Day) you will definitely be spending less at the grocery store.

The two main reasons to do intermittant fasting is to loose weight and improve your health.

The third reason you might not have thought about.

If inflation continues out of control and keeps going up the bond and stock markets will crash.

When this happens the US will be in a biden regime depression for sure.

If you are living in a depression you and others will be looking for work and will be finding none most likely.

Run away inflation will mean the money you earn will not go far to buy food.

If you normally ate 3 meals a day and you were living in a biden regime induced depression those 3 meals or 2 meals a day would look a lot different.

It is normal to just eat one meal a day, OMAD, if you have transitioned into it by doing intermittant fasting.

If you were thrust into one meal a day because of a depression - lack of money - money worth much less - not working or working a little you could be forced in to an OMAD state of eating one meal a day.

Because it normally takes about about 2 weeks, depending on the person, to adjust to one meal a day OMAD meal you would feel hungry and want to eat more often.

If you were already in a one meal a day OMAD intermittant fasting method you would be prepared to eat less often and spend less money doing so.

This is the third reason to do intermittant fasting.

You would be prepared to eat less and spend less money on groceries when a biden regime depression does happen.

If your trying to loose weight using keto and intermittant fasting, OMAD, the Depression era recipes will not work because they will break your fast and you will stop losing weight.

You can of course use the Depression era recipes for your meal, OMAD or meals. You just won't loose weight if you eat to many carbs or proteins.

 

If your not trying to loose weight and eat one meal a day, OMAD, most of the Depression era recipes will work for you because you have attained your ideal weight.

When your eating one meal a day to maintain your weight your can eat more and use the Depression era recipes for your meals. Your body has adapted to one meal a day.

Your body is not adapted for one meal a day or less food.
