How to do intermittant fasting, save money and lose weight.
It is recommended that people start off using intermittant fasting eating 3 meals a day.
Later switch to 2 meals a day and if possible 1 meal day, the OMAD intermittant fasting plan.
Intermittant fasting will be different for different people.
If you are diabetic be sure to check with your doctor first.
Also its a good idea to check with your doctor first if your not a diabetic before you start intermittant fasting.
One Meal A Day is known as OMAD. Your goal is to eat less.
When you get to the OMAD stage you will be fasting 23 hours and eating one meal a day.
You will be eating much less.
It takes time to get to the One Meal A Day OMAD stage.
Itermittant fasting is NOT a diet.
Its a pattern of eating and NOT eating.
The key to losing weight and maintaining weight is avoiding insulin spikes caused by eating too much and to often.
One of my sources for intermittant fasting is Dr Berg DC on youtube.
The first thing to do is to stop snacking so you will have just 3 or so meals a day.
The next thing to do is skip breakfast.
If you give up snacking you will be less hungry in the morning.
Go as long as you can for your first meal.
If your not hungry don't eat.
If you start eating at 12 PM and 6 PM (Thats 2 meals) that gives you 18 hours of fasting.
If you must snack do it in the 6 HR meal window and NOT within the 18 hour fasting window.
A window of eating of 6 hours.
Eating a salad with olive oil and apple cider vinegar will help lower blood sugar spikes.
Cinnamon Helps with your blood sugars and can be added to many things. Get the organic cinnamon only.
Do the 2 meal a day 6 hour eating window until you feel comfortable.
Then start moving the 6 hour meal window down to a 4 hour meal window.
For example make your first meal at 2 PM and your second meal at 6 PM.
Now you have a 4 hour eating window and a 20 hour fasting window.
Do this for a couple of weeks until you feel comfortable.
The next phase is what really gets your body into the fat burning stage even more.
The next stage is called OMAD.
One Meal A Day.
A 1 hour meal window.
One large meal nutrient dense.
The fact that your fasting 23 hours will help your immune system, your brain, for your anti aging, and for cell repair.
Try to eat the one meal no later than 3 PM for optimal results.
The later you eat can disturb you sleep cycles.
The better the sleep, the less cortisol and the more growth hormone your will have.
The more fat burning and energy will be improved.
Adding exercise in the morning will help in weight loss.
Be sure to stay hydrated along with making sure your are adding minerals.
I drink Deer Park natural spring water that has natural minerals.
I also every now and then take a small pinch of Celtic Sea Salt.

I suggest you get started because intermittant fasting works and is FREE.

To help in the morning skipping breakfast I do 2 things.

Maybe use some coconut milk and add a little cinnamon.
