Why did Nanci Pelosi and the DNC send two different "certifications" of Barack
Obamas Candidacy to different states in 2008? This question has intrigued since
it was first uncovered.
Now the answer is known.
The Democratic Party of Hawaii refused to certify Barack Obama in 2008, This
refusal followed an investigation conducted by Hawaii officials into Obama's
lack of documentation there.
{The certification of live birth obama produced was a document requested by obama in 2008 that under hawaiian law was produced because there was another document that had to be in the custody of Hawaiian officials and that was the original certificate of live birth requested by obama's grandmother, madelyn lee payne dunham, in Aug 1961.
The certification of live birth did not provide the necessary information under the Hawaiian Constitution for the democratic porty of Hawaii to certify obama as a US citizen in 2008.
There is a big difference between a certification of live birth and a certificate of live birth.
A certification of live birth cannot be used in a court of law nor could it be used to validate obama was born in Hawaii as required by the Hawaiian Constitution for Obama to be on the 2008 Presidential ballot.}

below). Pelosi filed a different "certification" there claiming that Obama was
pronounced an U.S. natural-born citizen 'by acclamation.' There is of course no
such thing as 'citizenship by acclamation.'

Leo Donofrio's efforts helped exposed Obama as a fraud but also confused the issue of his citizenship by Donofrio's emphasis on the natural born citizen aspect and not the ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM fact that Barack Hussein Obama was born in Keya as proved by the certificate of live birth issued to Obama's Grandmother Madelyn Lee Payne Dunham in Aug 1961.

In this blog Attorney Leo Donofrio filed many lawsuits trying to prevent Obama from being on a ballot claiming he was not a Natural Born US Citizen.

Like it or not, rich or poor, great or strong, Democrat or Republican, Obama was born under the jurisdiction of Great Britain via Kenya. There is nothing conspiratorial about saying that. Obama has it posted on his own web site. It’s this very definition which I included in Cort’s Wrotnowski’s brief. Here’s what it says at Obama’s web portal, Fight The Smears:

There it is. Obama is telling you his status was “governed” by a foreign jurisdiction. This is no theory. This is a fact.
I have always believed Obama was born in Hawaii. I told numerous reporters that there was no way in hell Obama would post a fraudulent birth certificate at his web site. I said that over and over, but they’re still lying about my position. Why not tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth? Is the truth now part of a conspiracy?
Instead of recognizing that a legitimate legal nexus exists for Obama’s eligibility to be questioned, the great bulk of main stream media outlets have pulled out all the stops to mock, attack, accuse, hate and discredit anybody willing to consider the law.

This certification of live birth, not the original, certificate could not be verified by anyone who contacted officials in Hawaii or tried to verify the information about where he said he was born.
The short form Hawaiian birth certificate, certification of live birth, obama produced was an official document produced by Hawaii but it was not the original certificate of live birth requested by obama's grandmother in Aug 1961.
The original certificate of live birth certificate produced by Hawaii for his grandmother in Aug, 1961 was a real birth certificate that proves obama was actually BORN IN KENYA and therefore obama is NOT a natural born citizen but according to Hawaiian law at the time was issued a certificate of live birth that proved he was not born in the US.
The certification of live birth was an official document produced by Hawaii but was NOT a birth certificate that could be verified as was the original short form certificate of live birth that was requested by Madelyn Dunham, obama's gramdmother, in Aug 1961.
What does all this mean?
It means that the deep state, shadow government military industrial complex made sure a non US citizen was placed in office in 2008.
In the actual swearing in ceremony as required by the US Constitution was not completed correctly and Obama was not actually sworn in as President of the United States.

Out of "an abundance of caution", Barack Obama has taken the oath of office a second time because a word was out of sequence when he was sworn in on Tuesday.
The surprise move came after Tuesday's much-noticed stumble, when the US supreme court chief justice, John Roberts, jumbled the words, prompting Obama to follow suit.
According to the US Constitution, the president must
solemnly swear "that I will faithfully execute the office of president of the
United States".
But on Tuesday, Obama said: "I will execute the office of president of the
United States faithfully."
The White House counsel, Greg Craig, said the repeat was motivated by "an abundance of caution," and the White House insisted Obama has been president since midday on inauguration day – ignoring those who suggested that because the ceremony ran late, the country may technically have been without a president for a few minutes.
Unlike the bungled oath – which was delivered on the Capitol Hill platform before the watching world – yesterday's repeat performance took place in the White House map room in front of a small group of reporters.
There was NO video of the 2nd swearing in of Obama only audio.
There was on a picture of obama and Justice roberts looking at each other and holding their hand up.
I see no reason for obama to have been sworn in in a secret manner with no
video.
It is history that Obama was not correctly sworn in as required by the US
Constitution on Jan 20, 2009.
Therefore Obama did not become President on Jan 20, 2009.
According to the news media reports he was sworn in again on Jan 21, 2009.
Not only is obama NOT a valid US citizen he was not correctly sworn in on Jan 20, 2009 as required by the US Constitution!
Madelyn Lee Payne Dunham died on Nov 2, 2008.
If his grandmother was interviewed about the certificate of live birth she
requested from Hawaii in Aug, 2961 obama knew this would reveal that he was
actually born in Kenya and was Not a valid US citizen.
Barack Hussein Obama was elected President on Nov 4, 2008 2 days after her
death.
Prior to Dunham's death it is suspected that the true purpose of Obama's October 25 trip to Hawaii was not to visit his ailing grandmother, as Obama stated, but rather to address charges that Obama has failed to produce a valid U.S. birth certificate.
Obama visits his grandmother who requested the certificate of live birth issued by Hawaii in Aug, 1961 that indicated he was born in Kenya in block 23 of the certificate.
She suddenly dies the day before his election. 7 days after obama "visited" her in Hawaii on Oct 25, 2008.
I don't believe in coincides like obama's mother suddenly dieing after he
visits her, 7 days later on day before his election.
